If after inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your purchase price. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, or if any parts or packaging is missing. Such returns will be returned to the customer or subject to a restocking fee.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO US FOR EXCHANGE, CREDIT, OR REFUND:
Discount Tools N' Things asks you to follow these simple steps when returning a product:

(1) The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging.
(2) The return must be made within thirty days of receipt of your order.
(3) Please Call for your Customer Number and Return Authoirzation number.
(4) Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid to:

We will arrange shipment of a product exchange, or issue a credit or refund as you have requested within seven business days of receipt of your return at our address.
